Since morning, the actor has been trending on Twitter and has been the talk of the town; this incident has not only caught the attention of regular folks, but also Bollywood celebrities. Kangana Ranaut, too, had something to say about the situation. She said that if a moron used her mom or sister’s health to make a bunch of fools laugh, I would hit him like Will Smith did. Tandav actor Gauahar Khan was not pleased, and she severely opposed Will Smith’s slap act. She took to her Twitter to post that Will Smith may have won the Oscar, but lost respect. It’s debatable whether Will Smith did the right thing or not. However, the actor was in tears when he accepted the award for best actor. In his speech, he said he wanted to apologise to the Academy and express his regret to all of the fellow nominees. This is a lovely moment, and that he is not sobbing because he won an award, as for him, it is not about getting an award. It all comes down to simply being able to shine a light on everyone.
