Although the current scenario has shaken up the theatre landscape completely, to be fair, there would be certain movies made which will be meant for the big screen only. There are several mythological dramas created exclusively for the theatres like, Om Raut’s, Adipurush, which is based on Ramayana and will have Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Kriti Sanon in it. Another mythological which has caught the eye of many is Draupadi starring Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan, and Mahesh Babu. And if that’s not all, there is one more epic lined up, which is written and conceptualized by Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad and will be based on Ma Sita’s perspective. To be directed by Alaukik Desai, the movie is titled Sita, and as per a source, it will be as big as Baahubali. While there is still a toss-up between Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt for the lead role, the makers have approached Ranveer Singh to play Raavan. If that happens and if Kareena too becomes a part of the movie, it will be the first time she will share screen space with Ranveer. As per the reports, both are waiting for a final narration so as to give a thumbs-up to the project.
