He has done it all. From ferrying people back to their hometown to giving medical help to the needy, Sonu Sood has become a name to reckon with. He has even gone on to deliver oxygen cylinders to the doorstep of the people who have been struggling to get them. And now, he is setting up as many as 18 Oxygen Plants across various states of the country in association with Crypto Relief.
The setting up of these plants will begin from Kurnool and Nellore in Andhra Pradesh and Mangalore in Karnataka. Thereafter, he will be setting up plants across Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, and many other states. It is said that these oxygen plants will cater to 5500 beds.
Sonu says that during the last wave, the biggest problem which all of us could witness was that of oxygen and its availability. So he and his team have thought of eradicating the problem from its roots, and so they have decided to set up these plants across the country. According to him, these plants will be installed in hospitals where the poor are availing of free treatment. With these plants, they aim to ensure that not a single person should bear the brunt due to the non-availability of a basic necessity like oxygen.
He adds that these plants will solve the oxygen problem forever. As per him, there are 750 oxygen concentrators that they are giving out for the domestic purpose. The oxygen plants, on the other hand, will keep giving oxygen for years to come, and there won’t be any shortage in these areas again. The actor confirms that the plants will be installed and start functioning within the next month.
