Looop Lapeta, which has Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin in lead roles is all set to be released on February 4 on Netflix. The announcement was made by the OTT giant. This comedy-thriller is a Hindi-remake of a cult-classic movie from 1998, Run Lola Run, and will be helmed by the debutante director Aakash Bhatia.
In the movie, we will see Pannu on a mission to rescue her boyfriend. As per Pannu, the story of the film was amazingly enjoyable to make along with her director and co-star. The actress added that she cannot wait for her fans as well as the audience to see the movie, which happens to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller.
As per Tahir Raj Bhasin, who plays the love interest of Pannu in the movie, Looop Lapeta is a clutter-breaking romance, which is new age and a genre which he is experiencing for the first time. The director, on the other hand, is of the opinion that the film jumps from a comedy flick to a thriller and then a romance, making it a roller coaster ride for anyone watching it.
