Aryan Khan will not get bail today. The court will continue hearing the case at 2.30 pm on Wednesday. The bail plea was heard at the Bombay High Court, where Aryan Khan was represented by the former Attorney General of India, Mukul Rohatgi. The matter was taken up for hearing at 4.30 pm today.

Rohatgi, said that there was no reason to arrest his client, short and simple, as there was no recovery, no consumption, or not even a medical test done, as far as Aryan Khan was concerned. He even argued that his client was not in conscious possession of the contraband just because he was accompanying Arbaaz Merchant, from whom only a small amount of contraband was recovered from the shoe.

Referring to the WhatsApp chats, Rohatgi went on to argue that none of the chats had anything to do with the current investigation. Mukul Rohatgi also cited certain past judgments and said that he had a better case than all the previous cases as there hasn’t been any recovery from his client. Aryan Khan, meanwhile, has also filed a rejoinder stating that he is not making any allegations against any officers and that he has no connection with them.

The judge has concluded the hearing today and will continue with the arguments tomorrow. This high-profile cruise drug case has become a mainstream news channel‘s primetime story for almost a month now.
