National Award Winner, Manoj Bajpayee has gone on to file a criminal defamation case against the self-proclaimed film critic, Kamaal Rashid Khan. The complaint has been filed under section 500- punishment for defamation at an Indore court citing a derogatory tweet posted by Kamaal against Manoj. As per the reports, the actor’s lawyer Paresh S Joshi has urged the honorable court to register a criminal defamation case in this regard. The actor was personally present in the court to record his statement. The tweet in question was posted by Khan on July 26 and had derogatory comments about Manoj Bajpayee. It seems Bajpayee is leaving no stones unturned to take KRK head-on, and his personally being present at a court in some other city itself goes on to show the seriousness with which he is pursuing this matter.
