Bollywood stars are giving their Hollywood counterparts a run for their money. And its not Priyanka Chopra or Deepika Padukone or Irrfan Khan for that matter who feature in Hollywood films but our very own Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar who have sidelined quite a few A-listers of Hollywood on Forbes’ highest paid actors 2018 list. They both appear in the top 10 of the world’s highest paid actors who combined earned $748.5 million between June 1, 2017 and June 1, 2018.
While Akshay Kumar features on the 7 position with an earning of $40.5 million, Salman Khan is a fraction behind on the 9th position with #38.5 million earnings for the period.
The list topper is Hollywood hunk George Clooney followed by Dwayne Johnson and Robert Downey Jr.
Surprisingly Shahrukh Khan who had appeared among the top 10 in previous editions was missing from the 2018 list this time.
Both Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar appeared among the Forbes’ top 100 highest paid entertainers 2018 as well. Akshay Kumar appeared 76th on the list while Salman Khan secured the 82nd spot.
