Amitabh Bachchan will be back on the small screen doing what he does best… host the next chapter of Kaun Banega Crorepati.
The show which premiered on indian television on july 3, 2000 has a massive fan following and season after season, the prize money has kept on increasing.
Now the mega superstar announced the launch of a new season which will see him interact and quiz contestants from all parts of the country.

The popularity of the show had even prompted Salman Khan to quote on his show Dus Ka Dum that he would like to take the host’s seat in the new season. To which Mr. Bachchan had replied at the show’s press conference that Salman Khan is welcome to host the show.
The new season will start airing from September 3 – Monday to Friday at 9 p.m. on Sony Entertainment Television.
