The talks of Shah Rukh Khan teaming with Rajkumar Hirani have been in the news for a long time now. Apparently, the director has been working on a script for quite some time. It was said that Hirani wasn’t too satisfied with the second half of the script and hence decided to rework it and which is why the long wait. However, it has now come to light that he along with his writing partner Kanikka Dhillon has locked the script and is happy with the outcome. They will now begin the prep work for the film. As Shah Rukh will begin Atlee’s shoot from September, Hirani, who has collaborated with casting director Mukesh Chhabra is eyeing to select a formidable cast by then. The movie is set against a backdrop of immigration, and its major portion will be shot in Canada. While Shah Rukh will play a Punjabi character in the movie, Taapsee Pannu is likely to play the female lead. The shoot of this untitled flick will begin next year.
