Salman Khan has always been a global figure. His fan following isn’t only from India, but you name the country where Bollywood has penetration and you will have his name right up there. The actor, who was recently invited to an award function in Riyadh hosted by Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, met Hollywood legend John Travolta and introduced himself in the most humble way only he would.
Salman attended the award ceremony as he was to receive the Personality of the Year award. On the other hand, John Travolta was bestowed with the lifetime achievement award at the ceremony. The clip of Salman and John’s meeting is all over the internet now, where he is seen as introducing himself from the Indian film industry. Salman was also heard complimenting John Travolta on his work while both sat alongside each other.
It was only last month that Salman Khan flew to Riyadh for his Da-Bangg Tour, in which Jacqueline Fernandez was supposed to be a part, but had to drop out of the list at the very last minute due to an ongoing 200-crore extortion case.
