Sonu Sood by now is hailed as one of the most admired celebrities who did a prolific job of helping displaced people during the COVID-19 crisis last year. He has now launched a vaccination drive called Sanjeevani: A Shot of Life. It is an initiative undertaken by the actor to encourage people to get vaccinated and also raise awareness on the inoculation drive in the country. Speaking on this, Sonu said that there are still many people in India who are refraining from getting vaccinated, and he felt that a drive like this will raise the awareness levels amongst individuals. The actor confirmed that this campaign is already taking place in many villages of Punjab and different states too. He further added that the reason he got himself vaccinated in front of everyone was to send out a stern message to people not to think twice about getting jabbed. The actor confirmed that they are even going to conduct camps as well to further strengthen the drive.
