Aryan Khan Gets A Breather From The Court; No More NCB Office Attendance On Friday - Bollywood Friday Brands-2

After spending almost a month in jail, Aryan Khan, his friend, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were released on bail on October 29. They were arrested by the NCB in a cruise ship drug bust raid.

Although the three were granted bail, there were some really tough bail conditions that were laid down by the Bombay High Court. Aryan’s lawyer on his behalf had filed a plea last week for modifications in his bail conditions. He had asked for one condition to be removed.

As per the condition in the bail order, Aryan was asked to mark his attendance at the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday. His lawyer had sought the removal of this condition from the bail plea. The judge, in his orders, mentioned that bail conditions ‘I’ and ‘J’ warrant modification.

‘I’ in the bail order reads that if the applicant/accused has to go out of Greater Mumbai, they shall have to inform the investigating officer and will also have to give him an itinerary. In the bail order, ‘J’ refers to marking an attendance every Friday at the NCB office in Mumbai between 11 am and 2 pm. As per the order given by the judge, Aryan will no longer have to mark his attendance at the NCB office every Friday, however, he will have to appear before SIT Delhi whenever being summoned. He will also have to submit his itinerary to the investigating officer if he is traveling outside Mumbai.
