Veteran actor Dilip Kumar who has been hospitalised in Lilavati Hospital since the last few years for recurrent pneumonia is on his way to recovery as was indicated on his twitter timeline by one of his closest family friends.
Lord be praised. @TheDilipKumar saab is responding to treatment and doing much better . If all goes well, as per doctors, he may be discharged from the hospital tomm. (Thursday afternoon). Insha’Allah. -FF

On behalf of the actor and his wife Saira Banu, the family friend had pleaded with the star’s fans and the media to avoid unnecessary calling Saira Banu and the hospital.
Even last month, Dilip Kumar was admitted to a private hospital for mild pneumonia.
Hopefully, the actor who is in his prime age of 95, will be back home by tomorrow (afternoon).
