An Indore resident has filed a complaint against actor Vicky Kaushal for allegedly using his bike number in a movie. This Laxman Utekar romantic comedy also stars Sara Ali Khan, who is seen riding pillion. The complaint against the actor has been filed after pictures of the two ridings of a bike during a shoot went viral on social media. The complainant, Jai Singh Yadav, says that the number plate that can be seen on the bike belongs to him.
He goes on to say that he doesn’t know if the film unit is aware that it is illegal to use someone else’s number plate without even taking permission. He added that he has given a memorandum at the police station regarding the same and expects action to be taken on this matter. The concerned jurisdiction sub-inspector has confirmed that they will have to check if the number plate was used illegally and appropriate action will be taken under the provisions of the motor vehicles act. He also said that if the film’s unit is in Indore, they will try probing them too. It is said that Vicky Kaushal, who had gone back to Mumbai for New Year celebrations, has returned to Indore for the shoot.
