After losing a libel trial against a Tabloid that called him a Wife Beater, Disney had announced that Johnny Depp will no longer be a part of the future instalments of The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. However, reports are suggesting that the makers are reconsidering his ouster and might as well take him back. The iconic character Captain Jack Sparrow played by Depp enjoys a huge fan following as it is evident from the fact that a petition had been signed by almost 500,000 fans who demanded that Disney review its decision and take him back.
