RSVP and Baweja Studios will collaborate for a movie based on one of the most successful rescue operations ever done in history. The movie named Captain India, will be helmed by National Award Winner, Hansal Mehta, and will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Harman Baweja. It will be Kartik Aaryan who will step into the role of a Pilot in this movie which is based on true events. In a statement, Kartik said that it gives him great pride and honor to be a part of such a historic chapter of the country. He further said that he has immense respect for Hansal’s body of work, and the movie presents him with a perfect opportunity to collaborate with him. As per Hansal, this movie is all about a man who goes beyond his pain and suffering to save thousands. He added that he is looking forward to working with Kartik on this project. Captain India will go on floors in the early half of the next year.
