A special court has ordered the Narcotics Control Bureau to hand over all the mobile phones and laptops seized from Arjun Rampal and his partner Gabriella Demetriades while investigating a drug case. After the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, the NCB had started an investigation of a drug angle, and several Bollywood actors were called for questioning in this regard. Rampal and his partner had to appear for an investigation and their residence was raided thereafter from where electronic devices were confiscated. The couple’s lawyer contended that the charge sheet is filed in the case, and since the trial is going to take a lot of time, the seizure of devices has put the couple in a serious financial bind. Upon hearing the argument, the judge said that the case will take a significant time, and the data on the Macbook as well as pen drives has already been saved in digital form and can be accessed anytime.
