Raj Kundra, who was arrested yesterday by the Mumbai Police for his involvement in a pornography-related case, will be produced in the Killa Court today. After his arrest yesterday, Kundra was taken for a routine medical checkup to JJ Hospital by Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch. The Mumbai Police have made another arrest today of a Ryan Tharp from Nerul in connection with the same case. Hemant Nagrale, the Mumbai Police Commissioner, in a statement after Kundra’s arrest had said, that there was a case registered by the crime branch in February 2021 about creating pornographic films and publishing them on various apps. He added that they have arrested Raj Kundra as he seems to be the key conspirator in this case. As per the latest development, Raj Kundra has been sent to police custody till July 23. Apparently, the Police have access to some WhatsApp chats of Kundra in a group where they are discussing pornographic filmmaking and the money earned through it.
