A popular couple of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, is all set to tie the knot in the first week of December. The Six Senses Fort at Barwara in Rajasthan is booked for the Royal wedding, and so have been their wedding attires. Both are going to wear ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s ensembles for their wedding day.
It was reported earlier that a very intimate Roka ceremony was held on the occasion of Diwali at Kabir Khan’s home. As far as the wedding date was concerned, there were other favourable dates available in May next year, and it is said that Vicky was keen on those as it would have given him ample time to plan his shoot schedules better. For that matter, had the wedding been planned for May 2022, even Katrina would have finished off her shoot for Tiger 3 and a soon to start project. That said, it was Katrina who was adamant about going ahead with a December wedding.
She had everything chalked out, right from the type of wedding to wedding venue to her ensemble for the ceremony. And since the venue was Rajasthan, a wedding in May would have been out of the question as the state experiences heat waves during that time. While a closed-door indoor wedding would still have worked during May, Katrina wanted an outdoor wedding with all the rituals. So a December marriage was an ideal choice with that perfect winter chill.
