Amidst all the trolling that Alia Bhat has been subject to due to her alleged flouting of quarantine norms, a senior official from the BMC has said that the actress hasn’t violated any rules while she was traveling to Delhi recently.
She had a negative RTPCR before flying to the national capital and wasn’t quarantined. The beginning of this week saw Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora contracting the virus after attending a party at Karan Johar’s residence. The party was also attended by Alia Bhatt, who later left for Delhi for Brahmastra promotions. As per BMC, no other Bollywood celebrity attending the party had tested positive for the Coronavirus.
However, as a precautionary measure, BMC has sanitized Alia Bhatt’s home. Meanwhile, Karan Johar and Malaika Arora were seen at the launch of a new nightspot in the city, and we assume that they too have tested negative and weren’t required to be under home quarantine.
