Oscar-nominated Olivia Colman is said to be joining the Marvel universe. She is reportedly in talks to be a cast of the Marvel series Secret Invasion which has actors like Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn. It will be the next-in-line series in the Disney+ lineup. As per the reports, Kingsley Ben-Adir from Netflix’s The OA will play the villain in this series however, there is no confirmation from Marvel as yet when it comes to Colman’s involvement. Olivia Colman has been on a roll recently. While the British actress has already won the Academy Award for her performance in the 2018 film, The Favourite, she is once again nominated for the Oscars in the Best Supporting Actress category for her role in The Father, which also has the likes of Anthony Hopkins.
