Raj Kundra, arrested in the porn app case, earned around Rs. 1.17 Crores between August to December last year. The Mumbai Police told the court that this amount was earned from the app owned by him on the Apple store. The Police have also sought information from Google as well since the app had users from Playstore too. These apps were used to distribute the videos that are at the heart of this case. Kundra has been sent to Judicial custody for 14 days, and his bail hearing is scheduled to take place on June 29. A Mumbai Crime Branch official has reportedly told that Shilpa Shetty Kundra has not been given a clean chit yet, and forensics auditors have also been appointed and are looking into all the transactions related to the case. Actress Sherlyn Chopra, who is made a witness, has also been called to give out a statement. The Police have recovered Kundra’s Laptop and a Storage Area Network Box, and as per them, huge chunks of data was deleted once the case was filed.
