The release date of Dhaakad has been announced, and this mega entertainer will hit the screens on April 8 next year. The movie has been mounted on a big scale, and it is all set to take the credit of being Bollywood’s first high-octane spy thriller, which will have a female lead.
The film also has an extraordinary lineup of stars besides Kangana like Divya Dutta and Arjun Rampal. Shot in Bhopal, Mumbai, and Budapest, the movie has Ranaut playing the role of an Agent named Agni, who takes child trafficking and women exploitation head-on. It is a pacy thriller with Kangana looking fierce in the first look that has been floated. Talking about it, Kangana says that Dhaakad is one movie that can best be relished on the big screen. The film’s director, Razy Ghai, says that her intent with the movie was to make sure that it stands on par with international action films. The film’s first poster was launched, along with its release date at producer Deepak Mukut’s birthday party in Mumbai.
