Ace Director, R Balki is all geared up for his next project, which will be a psychological thriller starring Dalquer Salmaan, Pooja Bhatt, Sunny Deol, and Shreya Dhanwanthary. On the occasion of legendary actor and filmmaker Guru Dutt’s death anniversary, the producers decided to unveil the title and first motion poster of the film. Akshay Kumar introduced the title Chup on his social media page with the tagline Revenge of The Artist. Akshay called the poster intriguing and wrote that he cannot wait to see this movie. He further added that after watching the poster, one would not stay Chup. It seems Amitabh Bachchan will also play a crucial part in the film. In a recently given interview, R Balki had said that he has cast Amitabh Bachchan in every single movie of his right from Cheeni Kum and that the legend will be there in this upcoming movie as well. Speaking on the movie in the same interview, he had even confirmed that Amitabh would come into the plot at a very crucial juncture, and his presence will be decisive, as is the case in all his movies. According to Balki, he will never cast Mr. Bachchan just for the sake of his appearance. This thriller genre will be the first from R Balki’s closet and will release in early 2022.
