Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi will soon be seen on-screen for the first time in Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas. Katrina has already started the reading sessions from June this year, however, it seems there is a delay in the filming now. As per the reports, the set which was erected in Mumbai has been dismantled. The film was supposed to go on floors from April this year, but owing to the second wave of the pandemic, and with Katrina, testing positive for Cornovairus, had to be postponed. The actress has recently returned to Mumbai after completing her elaborate schedule of Tiger 3 in Europe along with Salman Khan. Talking about the Sriram Raghavan film, it happens to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller and is produced by Tips’ Ramesh Taurani. Makers are yet to reset the schedule of the movie, which is going to have not more than 90 minutes of running time. The 30 days schedule of the movie is going to be enough to wind it up at one go. In addition to Merry Christmas, Sriram Raghvan has another movie, Ekkis, starring Varun Dhawan, which he will soon start working on. The actor will begin prepping working for the character from November, and the shooting schedule will begin from February next year. The story is based on the true events of the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetrapal, a 21-year-old who fought with courage against Pakistan and was awarded the highest military honor for gallantry, the Param Vir Chakra.
