A court clerk for Los Angeles Superior Court has confirmed that Kim Kardashian West has filed for divorce from Kanye West. Both have been living separately for a while now. While Kanye has been living in their home in Wyoming, Kardashian West has been staying with their children in California. The divorce filing has cited irreconcilable differences between the two and has also mentioned joint custody of their four children. As far as their assets are concerned, there is already a prenuptial agreement in place.
Both got married in a lavish wedding in Italy in 2014 after West had famously proposed to Kardashian by renting out a sports stadium. The couple has four children, 02 daughters & two sons. The likelihood of a spilt was imminent as West had been struggling with his mental health. This is Kim’s third divorce and Kanye’s first.
