Tom Holland, who is currently working on the third instalment of Spider-Man, will be seen playing the lead role in the Apple TV+ anthology series, The Crowded Room. He will play the part of Billy Milligan, who was the first to have been acquitted of major crimes after getting diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, earlier known as multiple personality disorder. The anthology series will focus on true and inspirational stories of people who, although have struggled with mental illness but have gone on to live successfully with it. The first season of The Crowded Room is inspired by Daniel Keyes’ biography, The Minds of Billy Milligan. Tom Holland will also be the executive producer of the series along with Weed Road Productions, EMJAG Productions and New Regency. Meanwhile, Holland’s Spider-Man: No Way Home is eyeing a December 17 release this year.
