Veteran Singer & Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar has donated a sum of Rs. 7 Lakhs to the Maharashtra Chief Minister Relief Fund. DGIPR of the Maharashtra Government took to Twitter to share the news of the singer’s contribution. The tweet by the DGIPR also said that the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray, has thanked the veteran singer for her help.
