Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which was officially announced yesterday by Karan Johar, not only marks his comeback to the director’s chair after Ae Dil Hai Mushkil but gives several other reasons that will make us eagerly await the film’s release. Not only will we see Jaya Bachchan & Shabana Azmi share the screen space, but we will also have veteran actor Dharmendra play a romantic role in the film. The actor will be romancing Jaya Bachchan in this Dharma Productions movie. It will be Dharmendra’s first work with Karan Johar. Dharmendra is known to deliver romantic hits in the past like Chupke Chupke and several others, and his character in this movie will make us re-live those golden memories again. He is currently based at his farmhouse on the outskirts of Mumbai and will start shooting for the film in August. Dharmendra announced his comeback on his Instagram handle and wrote that he was excited to be doing this movie as people will see him again in a romantic role.
