It was reported a few days back that Fardeen Khan is returning to movies after a long time. His comeback movie will be Sanjay Gupta’s thriller, Visfot which will also have Ritiesh Deshmukh alongside him. Rumors were on about Khan’s return since the time he was spotted outside casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s office a while back. As per the latest report, Visfot will be commencing its shoot from the mid-next month in Mumbai. It will be Kookie Gulati directing the project, who had helmed the recently released The Big Bull. T-Series, along with Sanjay Gupta’s White Feather Films, will be producing this thriller. The two production houses have collaborated on three projects, one of which is based on the life of a famous drug dealer. Visfot has been in the making for a long time and has seen several changes on the directorial front. It was Atul Sabharwal who was supposed to direct the project initially, but due to differences with him, things did not work out, and Nadeem Shah was brought on board. However, he too quit the project, and when Fardeen Khan came on board, Samit Kakkad, was roped in. Now we know that even Kakkad isn’t associated with the project anymore, and it is Kookie Gulati, brought in by T-Series, who will head the film. The director is currently helming a T-Series thriller starring R Madhavan. Although it is not confirmed, the film is a remake of an Oscar-nominated Venezuelan film, Rock, Paper, Scissors.
