Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, who has co-written and directed critically acclaimed movies such as Nil Battey Sannata, Bareilly Ki Barfi, and Panga will make her OTT debut with SonyLIV’s Faadu. It will be a poetic love story between two characters that think poles apart. Ashwiny confirmed the news and said that she was looking to make a movie that would challenge her brain, allow her to think deeper and pave a new grammar of storytelling for a completely different set of new-age audience. She added that she looks forward to her debut on SonyLIV who find new ways of setting a benchmark for themselves. Ashwiny went on to say that the OTT platform shares a similar passion as her when it comes to stories that need to be conveyed.
