Ayushmann Khurrana certainly seems to be rising up as a bankable star with his last film Andhadun creating a big uproar at the box office with both the critics and the audience lapping up the film hungrily.
He will now be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s next quirky comedy, Googly that has him playing a Radio Jockey albeit in a female’s voice. Knowing how Ayushmann preps up for all his movies, Googly too will set the cash registering ringing.
The film being helmed by writer Raaj Shaandiliyaa has gone on floors and also stars Nushrat Bharucha opposite Ayushmann.
While Shaandiliyaa has penned some of the recent blockbusters like Welcome Back and the upcoming Jabariya Jodi, Googly marks his debut as a director.
Ayushmann will be seen next in the quirky comedy Badhai Ho that releases tomorrow.
