The COVID-19 pandemic has affected scores of lives ever since it began in late 2019. The entertainment industry was no different and had to bear the brunt of it too, as the nature of work demands not wearing masks on the sets for hours.
That said, the vaccination has done immense good to curb the deadly effect of the virus to a very significant extent. The recent news coming from the Tiger 3 sets is that Emraan Hashmi, who plays the protagonist in the movie, suffered from the virus last month. The actor tested positive in Vienna in Austria upon landing.
In a recent interview with an entertainment portal, the actor said that he was down with COVID for just four days. He believes to have caught the virus either in Mumbai or on his way to Vienna in the flight. He had started to show the symptoms just a couple of days after he landed in Austria.
A source reveals that Emraan must have taken two doses of the Covishield vaccine and which is where it took only four days for him to recover from the virus. And the fact that he must have quarantined himself immediately or may not have come in touch with any of the crew members of Tiger 3 would have led to no one else carrying the infection.
