Its been a long time since Fardeen Khan was seen on the big screen. The actor grabbed a few headlines some years back due to the weight he had gained and how different he looked. But last year, when Fardeen was spotted at casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s office, he looked a lot fitter and leaner. Mukesh had revealed back then that the actor is looking out for opportunities to step back into Bollywood. As per the latest report, he has signed a comeback film titled Visfot, which will have Riteish Deshmukh by his side. The film will be produced by Sanjay Gupta, and will have Fardeen will play the role of a Taxi Driver and a former drug dealer, while Riteish will be seen as a commercial airline pilot. This untitled movie is said to be a remake of an Academy Award-nominated film and will be helmed by Samit Gupta, who has previously directed Half Ticket and Indori Ishq. The makers are planning to take the film on floors from next year, once they get another studio to produce it alongside White Feather Films, which is Sanjay Gupta’s banner. Fardeen Khan was last seen in Dulha Mil Gaya that released in 2010 and was a box office disaster.
