In what could be one of the biggest news for the Indian OTT space, superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be making his debut with Disney+Hotstar. He has exclusively signed a web series with the OTT giant that will exclusively stream on it. As of now, there aren’t any other details confirmed about the project however, it all started when Shah Rukh featured in an ad campaign for the OTT platform. It talked about the superstar missing out on having a release on the streaming platform when most of his contemporaries have already had exposure to it. The ad reflected on the fact that fear of missing out has hit the actor pretty hard. It was also shared by Karan Johar, who said that he never thought that he would see a day when King Khan would feel FOMO, and now that he has seen this, he has seen everything. After a sabbatical, Shah Rukh Khan started working for YRF’s Pathan last year and has subsequently signed some projects too. He was last seen in 2018 on the big screen, and Pathan, which will be his next release, is painted as a comeback movie for him. This Siddharth Anand directorial, which has John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, will release next year.
