Trouble seems to be mounting for Raj Kundra. Four employees of his venture, Viaan Industries reportedly have become witnesses as he is not cooperating in the investigation. As per the sources, some employees are likely to be confronted with Kundra as he has been repeatedly evading questions that are a part of the investigation. He may also face charges of money laundering and violating foreign exchange rules as it is likely that the enforcement directorate will be registering a case against him. ED may register cases under the Foreign Exchange Management Act & Prevention of Money Laundering Act against Kundra. If this wasn’t it, officials are also investigating Shilpa Shetty’s role in the entire matter. Shilpa is consistently been seen supporting Kundra and has claimed that her husband is innocent.
