Good news, hopefully, is coming soon for all Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s fans out there. Very soon, the actors may well be sharing the screen space for the first time. As per the reports coming in, Vicky has been offered a role next to his real-life wife, Katrina, in Jee Le Zaraa, directed by Farhan Akhtar and written by his sister Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti.
The announcement of the project was made last year, with Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt also in the lead roles alongside Katrina. As per a source, the decision to cast Vicky Kaushal opposite Katrina is a marketing dream come true and will make promoting the movie a lot easier and more seamless. Farhan Akhtar has already cast himself in the film, and with Kaushal being a part of it, it leaves only one male lead role vacant.
The source adds that casting one person is a lot easier task than looking out for three, and that too, when the film is based on female leads. Katrina was last seen in Sooryavanshi and has Phone Bhoot and Tiger 3 lined-up.
