Ishaan Khatter & Mrunal Pandey will be seen collaborating for the first time in Pippa, and the movie shall go on floors in September. The script reading session is scheduled to begin somewhere in mid-August. Though the film was announced a few months back, the work on it could not begin due to the pandemic. The story of Pippa dates back to the India-Pakistan war of 1971 and will require multiple levels of preparation. As per the source, the actors will not only have to familiarize themselves with the battle of Garibpur but will also have to physically transform to do justice the combat sequences on camera.
