Excel Media & Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video have announced the much-anticipated third season of the original series, Inside Edge, which will premiere globally on December 3 across 240 countries.
The third season will be helmed by Kanishk Verma and created by Karan Anshuman and is expected to be bigger. The first two seasons have been appreciated by the audience, and the third season will again bring to light the dark underbelly of cricket. According to Aparna Purohit, Amazon Prime Video India Head of Operations, the initial season laid the ground, and it was the first Indian Amazon original series that received exceptional appreciation and accolades from all quarters.
She added that their association with Excel Entertainment has consistently helped in bringing to the fore compelling narratives. Ritesh Sidhwani, the producer from Excel Entertainment, opined that Inside Edge will always be very special to them since it is Excel’s first original with Amazon. The third season according to him, is going to be a testament to bringing their creative vision to life, and they are eagerly looking forward to its global premiere.
