Riteish Deshmukh, Sonakshi Sinha, and Saqib Saleem starrer horror-comedy Kakuda has gone on floors. It also marks the Hindi debut of Aditya Sarpotdar, who has already directed successful Marathi films like Classmate, Mauli, and Faster Fene. Produced by RSVP, Kakuda will be a fusion of comedy and spook. Talking about the project, Aditya Sarpotdar who is helming it says that he is glad to collaborate with Ronnie Screwvala, and they are treating it as nothing short of a big commercial movie. According to Sonakshi, in the present times that we are in, a fun comedy movie like Kakuda is truly the need of the hour. As for Riteish Deshmukh, he cannot wait to begin working with Sonakshi and Saqib, and that this movie presents a perfect opportunity for him to explore the part of Ghostbuster. Saqib, on the other hand, says that with a gifted director, great script, supportive producer, and supremely talented co-stars, what more can one ask for in a movie.
