Kareena Kapoor is one actress who has delivered big hits even after motherhood. Rumors were already doing rounds of her being considered for the magnum opus Sita, where director Alaukik Desai had approached her a few months back. It came to light that although Kareena loved the part, she was taking her time to give the nod. As per a source, Kareena will shoot for Veere Di Wedding 2 and Hansal Mehta’s film, both of which will complete in a month’s time each. Sita, on the other hand, will require 8-10 months of preparation, shoot, and production, and so she will be completely consumed by one film. Sita will be undoubtedly, Kareena’s biggest magnum opus, as it will be a retelling of Ramayana from Sita’s point of view. The source adds that the actress who charges somewhere between Rs. 6-8 crores for a movie has demanded a whopping figure of Rs. 12 crores for the project, which has put producers in a fix. They are reconsidering their decision and might as well approach someone else for the role. That said, talks with Kareena are still on, and she remains their first choice.
