A couple of days ago, the actor won the award of Best Performance by an Actor at the 12th Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) in Australia for his film Manto directed by Nandita Das.
Earlier the actor had tweeted about his Amazon Studios’ film Photograph have been selected for screening at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival 2019.
But the icing on the cake has been the release of his first look for Rajnikanth stared Petta in which he essays the role of Singaar Singh. The film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj.
