Pradeep Guha, President of the Times Group during the early 2000s, has passed away. The well-known media personality who was also the producer of Hrithik Roshan and Karisma Kapoor starrer, Fiza, was battling liver cancer and was put on the ventilator. Pradeep was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital after he was diagnosed with advanced-stage liver cancer just a few weeks back. In his late 60’s, Guha, after his decades of experience with the Times Group, joined Zee Telefilms as CEO in 2005 and was last working as MD in 9X Media. Several celebrities took to their social media accounts to grieve the loss of the media scion. Guha is survived by his wife, Papia Guha, and son Sanket, who announced the passing away through a statement that read that they regret to announce the sad demise of Pradeep and no condolence visits would be there due to COVID-19 restrictions.
