There is trouble brewing up for Sherlyn Chopra after she has decided to call a press conference against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty Kundra. Reportedly, Sherlyn, with her advocate, visited the Juhu Police station yesterday to file a fresh complaint against Raj Kundra for non-payment of her dues. She has even gone to confirm that there will be a press conference held soon with regards to it.
This move has, however irked Raj & Shilpa to no end, and their lawyer has warned Sherlyn of dragging her in a defamation case. In an official statement by the lawyer, it is said that action will be taken against Sherlyn Chopra for any statements she makes in reference to the couple in the public domain. The statement says that due process of law must be adhered to for the alleged statements that Chopra intends to make. It added that calling a press conference against the couple is a strong act of committing a defamation offense and that anything spoken by the actress his clients will invite a defamation notice.
During the arrest of Raj Kundra in the pornography case, Sherlyn Chopra had opened up about her professional association with him and in fact, was the first to give a statement to the cyber cell. In one of the recently given interviews, Sherlyn had said that Raj Kundra was her mentor, but he misguided her by saying that whatever she was shooting was for glamour and even made her believe that porn is casual and since everyone does it, she should too. Sherlyn Chopra has stood like a rock against Kundra ever since his role in the pornography case has cropped up. Her statements to the authorities have proven to be very important and have indeed made a strong case against Raj Kundra.
