The announcement of the separation of Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth has not only left their fans in shock, but even both their families haven’t been able to come out of the jolt. Almost two weeks ago, they both ended their marriage of 18 years, and it looks like the separation has deeply affected Rajinikanth, as he hasn’t been able to come to terms with what has happened.
A source from Chennai says that Rajini keeps insisting that the separation happens to be temporary and has been urging his daughter Aishwaryaa to mend the marriage. In fact, both families are trying their level best to ensure a reconciliation. The source adds that the couple used to have bitter differences and that fights between them were not uncommon. However, it was always Rajinikanth who managed to convince them to stay put.
A few days back, after the couple’s separation announcement, Dhanush’s father, Kasturi Raja, told a leading newspaper that Dhanush-Aishwaryaa weren’t divorced and it was just a routine family fight. Raja further said that both are currently out of town and staying in Hyderabad, and he has already spoken to them over the phone and advised them as well. Only time will tell if the families succeed in bringing the couple back from this split.
