Actor Sanya Malhotra, who had impressed one and all after making her debut in Dangal, has starred in multiple successful projects after that. Her performance has indeed been exceptional in the movies that have followed Dangal, where she is seen creating an impact and making a mark for herself. The young actress has bought herself a luxurious apartment in Mumbai now, located in the Bayview Building on the posh Juhu Versova link road. The apartment, according to the reports, was owned by a builder named Samir Bhojwani and has been transferred to Sanya’s name during Navratri. The actress has apparently bought the flat for Rs. 14.30 crores and has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 71.50 lacs on it. She already owns another flat in the maximum city. According to Sanya, it was her father who convinced her to invest in her own house rather than paying rent for a place. Hrithik Roshan too owns a couple of apartments in the same building, which he bought for Rs. 100 crores last year. On the work front, Sanya Malhotra’s Meenakshi Sundareshwar is all set for a digital release on November 5.
