Not so long ago, The Family Man creators’ Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK had announced another web series with Shahid Kapoor in the lead. The series, made for Amazon Prime Video, has a title now. The series will be called Fakes. It was the title Sunny which was initially doing rounds, however, it is now confirmed that the series will indeed be called Fakes.
If we go by the reports, this is the same story that Raj And DK wanted to make in 2014 with Shahid Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead. Back then, Farzi was the title thought for it. Although Shahid remains in the cast, Nawazuddin’s role has been taken up by the talented Vijay Sethupathi.
