While granting bail to Aryan Khan and the other two accused, Justice Sambre from the honorable Bombay High Court had said on Thursday that a detailed bail order shall be issued on Friday. The order is issued now with 14 conditions that need to be followed by all three accused. A PR bond of Rs. 1 Lac with one or more sureties in as much amount is the primary requirement of the order. All the three accused shall not indulge in any activity of a similar nature for which a case has been registered for offenses under the NDPS Act. They shall also not try to establish contact with co-accused or any other person who has directly or indirectly been involved in similar activities through any mode of communication. It is directed that the accused will not personally or through anyone else try to attempt to influence or tamper with the evidence. As per the bail order, it is also implied that no statement shall be issued by any of the accused in any form in print, electronic or social media. The accused will not be allowed to leave the country as their passports will be surrendered to the relevant authority. In addition to this, they all will have to appear before the NCB at their Mumbai office every Friday between 11:00 am and 02:00 pm.
