Just days ago, we had shared the news related to reading sessions of Ayushmann Khurrana & Rakul Preet Singh’s Doctor G. The film’s cast has become more powerful with Shefali Shah too coming on board. She will be essaying the role of Nandini, a senior Doctor in the movie. Speaking about the development, Shefali said that she is excited to be a part of Doctor G and looks forward to collaborating with writer and director Anubhuti Kashyap, Ayushmann and Junglee Pictures. While Anubhuti said that she is thrilled to have Shefali join the team as she plays all her roles with much ease and nuance and that she is a big fan of her, Amrita Pandey, CEO, Junglee Pictures said that when they started casting for the movie, the only name that cropped up for this part was Shefali’s and they believe she will bring great energy and grandeur to this role. The film will go on floors from this month-end.
