Despite being on-air with the fresh ensemble since 2018, the makers of The Kapil Sharma Show are planning to pull the plug starting mid-February. This does come as a shock to all the fans out there who apparently would get glued to the television sets every weekend, waiting for their characters to tickle their funny bone. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the movie releases have been affected to a great extent leading to lack of celebrity appearances on the show. Besides, to maintain safety, the show has been running with a fake audience, resulting in a decline in the entertainment quotient. We only hope that the show comes back on-air as soon as the situation normalizes.
